VENGA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT GmbH is a project developer, a joint venture partner and an investor. The company is headquartered in Germany. Its core business is execution of corporate transactions (e.g. due diligence for mergers and acquisitions) and development, coordination and management of joint venture cooperations for establishment of new corporate visions.
