In the nineties, VENGA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT GmbH was the owner of a production plant for insulating glass with more than 100 employees in Chemnitz (GER). The manufacturing plant was sold a few years later. From that moment on, VENGA started the management activity for numerous sales and restructuring projects of former state-owned enterprises and state property in the new German federal states.

Further restructuring and sales projects as well as project financing for other companies followed. Long-standing relationships with banks and financial institutions enabled excellent financing conditions which facilitated to overcome German SMEs’ liquidity problems and saved their corporate values. The core task of VENGA consisted in conducting professional due diligences and the execution of corporate transactions.

Over the last years, VENGA has expanded its international network significantly. The company had been supervising various remarkable transactions and joint venture partnerships with production and service companies from China, the US, Switzerland and the Middle East.
